- Currently, we only offer U.S. shipping (international shipping is on the way!).
- Please allow 1 week for your order to be processed and allow 1-5 days for shipping.
- Local Options: Available within a 10-mile radius of Boone, NC, please send us a message to arrange for pickup and/or delivery!

Custom Order Policy
- All sales are final, as each item is handmade and created with care. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your product upon arrival, please send us a message and we will do our best to address the situation and make it right.
- Creek Days is not responsible for orders lost in shipping or incorrect addresses, please ensure your information is correct before placing your order.​​​​​​

How is an arm cuff different from a bracelet?
An arm cuff is essentially a bracelet for your upper arm! Instead of resting on your wrist, like a bracelet, arm cuffs go above your elbow.​
How do I know what size arm cuff I am?
All of our arm cuffs are adjustable, meaning that your size will most likely fit within the ranges we carry (from XS to XL). For example, if you typically wear a size medium to large in tops, your arm cuff size will most likely be M/L. However, if you are worried about your size, you can also send me a message with your measurement and we can find the right size for you. If you fall outside of our size range, send me a message and I can accommodate.
Is Creek Days jewelry waterproof?
Our jewelry is primarily crafted with tarnish resistant wire and hardware, polymer clay, crystals, and beads. This being said, our jewelry is water resistant, but not fully waterproof. For more information on this, and how to care for your specific piece, please refer to our "Jewelry Care" page.
What lighters fit your lighter covers?
All of our lighter covers are made to fit a standard size classic BIC lighter. Lighters do not come with your purchase.
Are your earrings nickel free?
Yes! All of our earring styles are crafted with high quality fixtures comprised of either 925 sterling silver plated copper, gold colored copper, or stainless steel. These metals are widely regarded as hypoallergenic jewelry materials.
